As we are now out in Morillon Les Esserts for the whole ski season, we are able to offer the following services: 

We can hold your apartment key for emergency use e.g. if your guests lock themselves out, if tradesmen need to be let in to do repairs, etc.  Our fee for this for the ski season is:  50 euros payable at the start of the season 

 We can hold your apartment key and let in your guests when they arrive for a holiday in your apartment.  The service includes: checking the apartment is OK the day before the guests arrive (turning on water, electricity as required), meeting the guests and showing them into your apartment and giving them their sets of keys, being available during their stay in case they need any assistance or advice about their holiday or any problems with the apartment, checking them out when they leave (getting the keys back and checking the apartment has been left clean and tidy).  Out charge for this service, per individual holiday, is:  75 euros payable prior to each holiday 

We can include your apartment in our Lushski rental portfolio for the specified dates your apartment is available for rental.  We would then market it and advise you of enquiries and make bookings on your behalf.  We would look after all the administrative details of the bookings, i.e. taking deposits, collecting the apartment rental balance, giving guests directions on getting to the apartment and what they need to bring amd returning deposits at the end of the stay.  When the guests arrive for their holiday, we would meet and greet them and carry out all the services in our MEET AND GREET service detailed above.  For this service we charge 20% (minimum 75 Euros) of the holiday rental amount. The net balance payable to you would be sent to you with a statement at the end of the ski season. 

As we're out here for the whole ski season, just let us know if there's anything we can do to help you with your apartment.  This year we put together a flat packed settee, liaised with a plumber ..............  As a general guide, we charge 15 euros per hour for this service.
