Long weekends and short lets are charged on an approximately pro-rata basis depending on the number of days/nights required, plus a small surcharge.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OF BALANCE
We ask for a booking deposit of £200. In the, hopefully, unlikely event that you have to cancel your holiday, then we would keep the full deposit of £200 until such time as we could re-book the apartment. If we manage to re-book, then we will return the full deposit minus any additional costs that we incur in re-marketing and administration
The Balance is payable approximately 6 weeks before your holiday, plus a returnable/damages deposit of £100, which we will return to you after your stay when you return the keys to us and leave the apartment clean and tidy and in good condition. Again, the balance is non-refundable unless we manage to rebook.
Weekly rentals normally start on a SATURDAY. However, we are now recommending Sundays, if possible, with the possibility of cheaper flghts and so as to avoid the rush at airports, on the roads and arriving at the resort.
We can be flexible and, if we can fit you in, we can offer LONG WEEKENDS and also, possibly, MID-WEEKstarts.
The normal changeover time is MID-DAY, i.e. we ask people to leave by 10.30 and arrive after 14.00 to give time for cleaning, but we can sometimes be flexible about this, too!
