Long weekends are charged on an approximately pro-rata basis depending on the number of days/nights required, plus a small surcharge.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OF BALANCE

We ask for a deposit of £100 for a booking of the Little Apartment and £200 for a booking of the Big and Mid-Sized Apartments.  This amount  includes a returnable deposit of £50 for the Little Apartment and £100 for the Big and Mid-Sized Apartments which we will return to you after your stay when you return the keys to us and leave the apartment clean and tidy.

The Balance is payable approximately 6 weeks before your holiday.

Weekly rentals normally start on a SATURDAY, but depending on demand we can start on a SUNDAY to avoid the rush at airports, on the roads and arriving at the resort. 

We can be flexible and, if  we can fit you in, we can offer LONG WEEKENDS and also, possibly,  MID-WEEKstarts.   

The normal changeover time is MID-DAY, but, again depending on demand we can be flexible about this, too!
